Asia-Commonwealth Business Summit

Ranveer is Chairman of the NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies, Singapore. 

 

After over 30 years of transnational business leadership roles in executive capacity in agri-sector, trading, supply chain, Ranveer is now a recognised Corporate Advisor in the Agri-sector, Africa opportunities, and Sustainability space. His work is organised around themes of Capacity Building and Sustainable Development through Business.

 

Apart from his position at the NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies, Ranveer is Chairman, Africa Business Group at the Singapore Business Federation and he serves as advisor to select public and private corporations. 

 

Ranveer is a published author; he wrote – “Amazing Africa: A Corporate journey”. The book is published with reprints in Singapore and is available on Amazon. The book is about living and working in Africa and is a guide for managers and investors who are committed to careers and investments in Africa. He regularly writes for Business magazines and is often on stage as a speaker at a range of business conferences.

 

The Government of Cote d'Ivoire, in 2008, honoured Ranveer with their National Award - ‘Ordre National de Merit’. This was in recognition of his exceptional contribution to the country through business initiatives.

 

Ranveer lived and worked across India, Africa and SE Asia and now operates from his home base in Singapore.
