Chris is an astute Entrepreneur, Investment Banker and Speaker who currently sits as the Group CEO of PanAfrican Capital Holdings Limited, a Proprietary Investment Company with global Head office in Nigeria.
The Group currently has 9 subsidiaries across six sectors providing Investment Banking & Advisory services, Asset Management, Securities Trading, Trusteeship, Company Registrars & Data Management, Factoring & Receivables Financing, Private Equity, Property Development and Hotel & Hospitality Management.
PAC Capital Limited, (a subsidiary of Pan-African Capital Holdings) is a leading Investment Banking and Financial Advisory Services firm in Nigeria. Under his leadership, the firm has fostered Intra-Africa Trade, attracted investments into Africa and raised over $3 billion in capital in the last three years. The firm was awarded ‘Africa Deal of the Year – Financial Adviser’ in the Project Finance Category at the Africa Finance Awards 2019.
Chris had participated in several Management and Leadership courses at notable institutions including the Columbia Business School, New York and INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. Furthermore, he studied at The IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and the Chief Executive Programme (CEP 17) class at the Lagos Business School. He is currently completing the Owner/ President Management Programme (OPM) at the Harvard Business School.
He sits on several Boards including the Advisory Board of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC) and has actively been involved in topical issues bordering Commonwealth Countries such as commerce and environment. He is a leading voice on Green Finance and spoke at the roundtable on Green Finance at the 2018 Commonwealth Business Forum in London.
